Can I still sprain my ankle?
In principle, this is not possible. The brace is anchored to the shoe so the shoe controls the foot while the rest of the brace surrounds the lower leg. At the point in time one no longer has control over the foot and twists the ankle, one would fall over. There is maximum inversion and eversion control without restriction of the dorsal and plantar flexion.
Can I transfer the brace to another shoe?
The Axiom ankle is fast to remove and transfer to another shoe. Different velcro straps are also delivered with the brace.
What is the life span of the brace?
The brace can be completely disassembled and the different components are replaceable, so the brace has an extremely long life span.
