Yes, it will help promote the healing process, especially in the beginning, but one will have to fit more loosely than during the day.
When do you get results?
Normally you already feel less pain after about 30 minutes, but you should count on 3 to 4 months for full recovery if the patient combines it with the accompanying exercises, ice and adjusted shoes.
